To all concerned 

„Kozloduy NPP – New Units“ EAD, in its capacity as the Investor of the investment proposal for „Construction of Unit 8 of Kozloduy NPP„, announces the holding of preliminary consultations regarding the Terms of Reference for the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) Report, taking into account the requirements of Article 9, Paragraph 1 of the Ordinance on the Conditions and Procedures for Conducting Environmental Impact Assessment.  

All interested parties may express their opinion on the matters referred to in Article 95, Paragraph 3 of the Environmental Protection Act, which will be taken into account when preparing the Terms of Reference for the Environmental Impact Assessment Report.
