Lyuben Marinov is a highly qualified leader in nuclear power and a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with over 15 years of leadership experience in the development of large-scale nuclear power infrastructure projects.

Lyuben Marinov is the long-standing executive director of the new nuclear power project at Kozloduy Nuclear Power Plant, with in-depth expertise in the development of Gen III+ nuclear projects. He has extensive experience in cooperation and long-term participation in international organisations, including the IAEA, the European Commission, IFNEC, the OECD, and the US Department of Energy.

Lyuben Marinov holds a Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute of the USA, a Master's degree in National Security and Crisis Management from the G. S. Rakovski Military Academy, Sofia, and a Master's degree in Financial Management from Plovdiv University „Paisiy Hilendarski“.

Aleksandar Mihaylov has many years of experience in managing and coordinating international projects, including in countries in the Middle East and Africa. In his professional practice, he has worked with foreign teams and partners, participating in the implementation of various programmes in a dynamic and multicultural environment.

Over the years, he has accumulated experience in both the public sector and private business. This gives him a strong foundation for working on projects requiring both strategic planning and effective organisation and coordination between various institutions and partners.

He holds a Bachelor's degree in „International Economic Relations“ from the University of National and World Economy and a Master's degree from Southwest University. He speaks English and French.

Miroslav Damyаnov possesses over 46 years of professional experience in the energy sector and related industries, holding a number of expert and management positions during his career, including 7 years in senior management roles. He began his professional journey at the Central Dispatching Centre (CDC), where he gained extensive practical experience in managing the electricity system and in the processes of balancing and ensuring the security of electricity supply.

Damyanov has held a number of leadership positions in the energy sector, including Director of the Bulgarian branch of Axpo, where he gained significant management experience in industrial production and the operation of energy facilities. In 2021, he was appointed as a caretaker Deputy Minister of Energy.

Miroslav Damyаnov graduated in „Electrical Power Engineering“ from the Technical University of Sofia, with a specialisation in „Power Plants“. He holds additional qualifications from courses in automated control systems and foreign economic relations at the University of National and World Economy, as well as a business management course at the University of Central Lancashire, UK. He is an electrical engineer by profession.

Krasimir Kamenov has many years of experience in the field of nuclear energy and reactor physics. His professional career at the plant began in 1993 as a physicist in the sector for calculating the characteristics of the core of VVER-440 reactor units, where he held various expert and management positions for 11 years.

From 2009 to the present, he has been the Head of the Nuclear Fuel Department at Kozloduy NPP, responsible for the management of the entire nuclear fuel cycle - supplies, safe operation and spent fuel management.

He participated in the implementation of key projects for Kozloduy NPP, including the implementation of new types of fuel assemblies, increasing the power of units 5 and 6 and extending their operational life. Under his leadership, the program for diversification of fresh nuclear fuel supplies was developed and Westinghouse fuel was implemented at unit 5.

He graduated from the Faculty of Physics of Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski", majoring in engineering physics, and specialized in the field of nuclear energy. He is fluent in Russian and uses English.
