"Kozloduy NPP - New Build" EAD (the "Company") is a sole proprietorship, incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. The Company was registered in the Commercial Register with the Registry Agency on 09.05.2012
Mission
The mission of „Kozloduy NPP - New Power Plants“ is to manage and implement the project for new nuclear power capacities with an unconditional priority on nuclear safety, regulatory compliance, and public interest.
Vision
The vision of „Kozloduy NPP – New Builds“ is to build a stable and sustainable foundation for the future safe operation of new nuclear power capacity, contributing to Bulgaria's energy security.
Management
The Board of Directors carries out the overall management of the Company, adhering to high standards of professional ethics. In its daily activities, it applies the highest standards of nuclear safety and radiation protection of the population, and ensures safe working conditions for the personnel.
