Students from the energy programme of the Faculty of Economics visited Kozloduy Nuclear Power Plant – New Capacities.„

For the third consecutive year, students from the Master's program "Economics and Management in Energy, Infrastructure and Utilities" at Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski" visited the office of the project company "Kozloduy NPP - New Build" EAD to learn about the activities under the project for the construction of a new nuclear power plant of the latest generation at the Kozloduy NPP site.

"Kozloduy NPP - New Build" was the last stop of the group, as previously the students had visited the engine room and the control room of Unit 6, as well as Units 1 - 4 of Kozloduy NPP, which are in the process of decommissioning under the management of the State Enterprise "Radioactive Waste" (SE RAW). The "Kozloduy NPP - New Build" team thanked the students who participated in the visit and the Secretary of the Program, Asst. Atanas Georgiev, for their attention and interest in the development of nuclear energy in Bulgaria.
