invites all interested parties to apply for participation in pre-selection, part of a public procedure for the selection of a contractor to be awarded a contract with the following subject:

„"Updating the parameters of the phenomena and factors of natural and man-made origin, characteristic of the selected site for a new nuclear power plant at Kozloduy NPP.".
