The „New Capacities“ team underwent specialised flood response training.
The employees and management of "Kozloduy NPP - New Build" EAD underwent a two-day training under the project "Centers for Increasing the Population's Readiness for Flood Response" of the General Directorate "Fire Safety and Population Protection" of the Ministry of Interior and funded under the Operational Program "Environment 2014-2020". The training was held on November 23 and 24, 2018 in the city of Montana, and included theoretical training and a practical part. During the lecture course, a number of topics related to emergency planning, preventive activities, behavior and actions in the event of a crisis were discussed. On the second day of the training at the Civil Protection - Montana training ground, the participants had the opportunity to familiarize themselves with both the available equipment and the techniques for conducting emergency and rescue activities.
