Change in the management of „Kozloduy NPP - New Capacities“ EAD
With a decision dated 5 June 2026, the Board of Directors of Kozloduy NPP EAD, in its capacity as the sole owner of the capital of Kozloduy NPP – New Capacity EAD, adopted changes in the management of the project company. The Chairman of the Board of Directors, Mr. Alex Nestor, the Executive Director, Mr. Petyo Ivanov, as well as members Mr. Georgi Dobrev and Mr. Yanko Jinkov, have been released.
Mr. Alexander Mihaylov, Mr. Lyuben Marinov, Mr. Miroslav Damyanov and Mr. Hristiyan Yanev have been elected as new members of the Board of Directors.
The changes in the management of „Kozloduy NPP - New Build“ EAD come into effect from the day of registration of the decisions in the Commercial Register at the Registry Agency (12 June 2026), with the Company being managed and represented by the newly elected Executive Director Mr. Aleksandar Mihaylov.
