No. 12969\/2019, the Five-member Panel \u2013 II Chamber of the Supreme Administrative Court rejected the application of an individual \u2013 well known to the \u201cnuclear circles\u201c, to annul Decision No. 4909\/2019 of a five-member panel of the same court, which rejected all appeals against the Decision on Environmental Impact Assessment No. 1-1\/2015 of the Minister of Environment and Water.
