“Kozloduy NPP - New Build”EAD is a project-based company, owned by „Kozloduy NPP“ EAD. Our mission is to implement and complete a project for the commissioning of two new nuclear power units to produce electricity and heat on the site of the existing nuclear power plant in Kozloduy.
“Kozloduy NPP - New Build”EAD is managing the entire process of feasibility study, design, construction and commissioning of the latest generation (III or III+) AP1000 light water pressurized water reactor (PWR) technology.
Concerning the active phase of the project, we are looking for a highly qualified and motivated Contract Administrator for our Procurement & Contracts Management Department for Sofia or Kozloduy office (onsite).

Main responsibilities:
- Manages contracts
- Ensures the timely submission and verification of documents provided during the execution of contracts
- Monitors the performance of contractual obligations and ensures timely action in the event of delay or non-performance.
- Manages the supply of goods and services to meet the needs of the organisation.
- Analysing claims.
- Writes contractual correspondence, protocols, minutes, and reports.
- Liaises with suppliers and contractors.
- Complies with internal policies and external regulations.
- Monitors contractors’ progress reporting.
- Works collaboratively with other departments.
- Maintains contract database.
We are looking for someone who has:
- Experience in the administration of contracts for works and services.
- Experience in creating business documentation, including correspondence, protocols, minutes, and reports.
- Experience in claims analysis.
- Excellent English and Bulgarian language skills
- Very good computer literacy.
- Business, Economics, Law, Engineering
