Licensing plan

Conditionally licensing procedure may be divided into an administrative and a technical part in accordance with the type of licences and licensing regimes and the competent/regulatory authorities responsible for issuing licenses and the relevant stages of the plan. In the most general aspect it can be stated that for each activity that the investor believes to carry out must apply for permission to carry it out by proposing an appropriate plan what and how he intends to do it. These documents are reviewed and evaluated and eventually it would be allowed to commence this activity. Once the activity has been completed, all results are submitted to the Bulgarian Nuclear Regulatory Agency for re-examination and eventual approval. This serious and complex structure ensures that safety oversight is in place and that there are no compromises with the quality of the work performed.
